Ah, finals. Everyone’s favorite time of year: the weather is finally nice and warm, and we’re all locked in the library. But we’re all in this together – with our feelings of stress, denial, and indifference.
When you find out you have three finals in a row:

They are far enough apart that you can’t get them switched by university policy, but close enough that your stress level is almost comical.
When you don’t recognize something on the study guide:

You went to every lecture. You paid attention. Where did this term come from?
When you’ve been at the library past your bedtime too many nights in a row:

The chairs in Olin stacks are not comfortable, but the couches in Mann put you straight to sleep. You’ve resorted to watching Netflix in the library on multiple occasions.
When you’re losing hope and need motivation:

You’ve poured through your notes and made several study guides, but you’re just not getting it. You can barely see the light at the end of the tunnel.
When asked about your summer plans:

You might still be scrambling to find that perfect summer internship, but you’re not alone.
When someone doesn’t show up for the group project:

It’s finals week. Does that mean anything to you???
When you finally master the subject:

No doubt you’re going to ace this test. You casually brag your confidence to your classmates by offering tutoring services.
When you hand in your last test:

You did it! All that stress is behind you and already forgotten as you hit the road and head for summer. You probably won’t even remember to check your grades.
