Next week, on Friday, September 9th, the Greek Tri-Council will host the first ever “One Greek Experience Cookout and Fair,” also known as #1GxP. Located in the heart of North Campus, students will have the opportunity to learn more about Greek life and meet members of Cornell’s Greek chapters. Here are 6 reasons why you should attend:
1You can eat free food

Worried about using up your meal swipes before the end of the week? Well, worry no more! You can eat enough for both lunch and dinner at the cookout.
2You can challenge your friends on the inflatable obstacle course

Is #adulting harder than you thought? Pretend you’re a kid again and compete with friends on the inflatable obstacle course.
3It’s conveniently located on North Campus

Less than a 5 minute walk from all the North Campus dorms, so you don’t really have an excuse to not attend.
4You can play games like cornhole, Spikeball, KanJam, & Frisbee

And who doesn’t love playing frisbee on the quad?
5You will enjoy the outdoors

Soak up the sun while Ithaca is actually warm.
6You will learn more about Greek life on campus

So many Greek community members will attend, so you’ll have a first glimpse into what being Greek is all about!

Attend 1GxP next Friday, September 9th from 4-7pm located on the CKB & Dickson Quads. You can learn more information about the event here.
