The fourth segment of Tim’s Take on Sports aired March 29, and featured an exclusive interview with Cornell men’s basketball head coach Bill Courtney. I sat down with him one-on-one to talk about his first year at Cornell, along with the expectations and what to look forward to this upcoming season. Courtney replaced former coach Steve Donahue, and was previously an assistant coach at Virginia Tech under Seth Greenberg’s staff. I also discuss the ongoing labor issues between the NFL player’s union and the owners, where the NFLPA is telling potential draftees to not attend the 2011 NFL Draft from April 28-30. Finally, I break down the Final Four, and discuss how my bracket was destroyed after the second round.
