Little did you know, Youtube can solve all your problems. YES, Youtube. From the comfort of your own bedroom, you can get a full workout in and not even have to put on tennis shoes.

Now, I have to admit, I find exercising just as dreadful as the next person, but these videos are actually fun! They’re made by normal people for normal people, and you don’t have to worry about how you look while you’re doing buttkicks around your room.

So here are five of my favorite exercise Youtube channels that I hope you’ll all love as much as I do:

1) POPSUGAR

If you’re into dance workouts or using your couch as your own personal gym, Anna Renderer’s Pop Sugar channel has the best videos for you. The variety of her workouts alone will make you rethink ever going to another group fitness class.

2) BEX Life

From diet help to yoga to meditation techniques, Bex’s channel is your go-to for a relaxing journey to a better you. She even features a segment called “She Has Four Minutes”, where she brings in different youtube stars to inspire you to be healthier in four minutes.

3) Tone It Up

If bad weather is keeping you inside, use Tone It Up’s beach fitness channel to turn your day around. Karena and Katrina are two best friends living in California with a passion for helping people slim down and tone it up. The best part is you get to feel like you’re right there on the beach with them.

4) Blogilates

A ex-pilates trainer at Equinox gym in West LA, Cassey Ho is a master at staying fit. Her energy alone will keep you motivated through every workout. If you love pilates but want an extra boost, this is the channel for you.
5) Fitness Blender

My all time favorite channel, Fitness Blender not only gives you a great total body workout in under an hour, but it also features a calorie bar that estimates how much you’ve burned. Daniel and Kelli even do variations on every exercise so you can decide how badly you want to challenge yourself.
