Since then, the model has been in detention at Styal prison. She is said to have violated the terms of her parole. Just before determining the sentence, the judge explained to her that the penalty for the offenses could be up to six years in prison. Immediately, the accused burst into tears, realizing the severity of her actions!
To defend her, her lawyer called for the court’s leniency. He stated that having spent some time in prison had led to “a change in her attitude and behavior, perhaps even an awareness.” He added, “If there is a typical case, this is certainly not one.”

This model’s case is far from isolated, as many other young women are also selling their photos online. That is why the judge mitigated her sentence. He mentioned: “She was, like you, a vulnerable young person. She had spent time in the care of local authorities, just like you.”
Furthermore, the judge understood that they hadn’t really made a fortune from their work. However, this does not change the fact that the model broke the law by continuing to shoot their videos. “Even if she consented, what happened was illegal.”, he stated.
In the end, Ellie received a 24-month suspended sentence with two years probation. The judge told her: “In my opinion, you have been sufficiently punished for the time you have already spent in detention. I hope this has made you reflect on the life you were leading.”
