The OnlyFans model who sold explicit images of a minor on WhatsApp narrowly escapes prison.

Accused of abusing a minor, Ellie Rixon has found no defense. The model could face an extremely severe sentence, judging by the criminal code. After thoroughly examining her case, the judge delivered an unexpected verdict!

The model argues with her girlfriend!

At the time of the events, Ellie was 19 years old and had called a friend to film explicit videos with her. Their goal? To earn daily money to fund their drug habits. Of course, the model told her friend that she needed to be consenting before they started their project!

The two young women agreed to share the profits from their work. During their discussion, the model never realized that her partner was still a minor! For seven months, they continued to shoot content and sell it on WhatsApp. According to Ellie, she only discovered her friend’s age five months in.

Suddenly, the second young woman filed a complaint against the OnlyFans model. She contacted the Merseyside police to report everything. According to her, she had requested that the actress delete all her photos and videos. After conducting a search of her home, the police arrested her without hesitation!

The young woman bursts into tears!

When the police searched the model’s home, they discovered hundreds of photos and videos. This included 43 category A photos featuring the complainant. In addition, there were 11 category B images and 119 other category C images.

Since then, the model has been in detention at Styal prison. She is said to have violated the terms of her parole. Just before determining the sentence, the judge explained to her that the penalty for the offenses could be up to six years in prison. Immediately, the accused burst into tears, realizing the severity of her actions!

To defend her, her lawyer called for the court’s leniency. He stated that having spent some time in prison had led to “a change in her attitude and behavior, perhaps even an awareness.” He added, “If there is a typical case, this is certainly not one.”

Another victim of easy money!

This model’s case is far from isolated, as many other young women are also selling their photos online. That is why the judge mitigated her sentence. He mentioned: “She was, like you, a vulnerable young person. She had spent time in the care of local authorities, just like you.”

Furthermore, the judge understood that they hadn’t really made a fortune from their work. However, this does not change the fact that the model broke the law by continuing to shoot their videos. “Even if she consented, what happened was illegal.”, he stated.

In the end, Ellie received a 24-month suspended sentence with two years probation. The judge told her: “In my opinion, you have been sufficiently punished for the time you have already spent in detention. I hope this has made you reflect on the life you were leading.”
